BACKGROUND

Founded in 2018, Harrison Payne Violin began as a weekend project and has continually grown in size into a thriving community.

The Studio is centrally located in Downtown Savannah. We currently offer private or in-home music lessons with plans to expand into a larger studio space in 2021.

Harrison is a classically trained violinist who discovered his love of music when he was just four years of age. Indoctrinated in the Suzuki Method of instruction, He has studied under a number of brilliant violinists and brings a diverse set of skills to the table. He studied at Mercer University at the Townsend College of Music in High School and went on to pursue a music composition and theory degree at Armstrong University in Savannah. Harrison holds a B.A. in International Relations from the School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Georgia.

He now resides in Atlanta, GA, and Savannah, GA and is committed to the arts in each community. Harrison is a leader of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra's young professionals group, BRAVO, and founder of Harrison Payne Violin. On weekends, you can find him in Piedmont Park enjoying the Summer weather, at Symphony Hall, or down on Tybee Island catching some waves.
